During DocRegExt RFC, Gilles has made the point that machine-readably<br>
declaring what tools a tutorial (or whatever) uses would be<br>
desirable. I have avoided this topic because software registration<br>
has been a painful topic each time it has come up in Registry. But<br>
in the current context, it occurred to me that ASCL is there (and has<br>
been there for a long time) and is probably enough to cover that<br>
particular use case.<br>

I have thus created this bug against DocRegExt:<br>

If nobody has strong objections against it, I'd amend DocRegExt (and<br>
