Euro-VO Registry back on-line

Dear Registry WG and Operations IG

As some of you might have noticed, the Euro-VO Registry and some ESA Archives and VO services had been unavailable for some weeks. ESA suffered some important cybersecurity attacks and although these services were not directly affected, they had been disconnected as precautionary measures until we took various strengthening security actions with enhanced security controls in place to improve their robustness and resilience.

I'm glad to report now that the Euro-VO Registry servers are back on-line, as well as all the ESA Archives and VO services.
