CDS registry migration

Dear VO members,

For information: the new CDS registry is now registered in the RofR 
(url  https://cds.unistra.fr/registry/).
The old version remains available @url 
http://cdsweb.u-strasbg.fr/reg-bin/vizier/oai.pl?


VizieR Records (old and new) have been updated with new metadata ( MOC 
footprint, a spectral band, the catalogues DOI, etc).
