new CDS registry version

Dear VO members -

A new version of the CDS registry is now available (and official) in 
accordance with the recent recommendations of the IVOA registry.
The upgrades include a description of the mirrors, a MOC footprint, a 
spectral band, the catalogues DOI, a better management of related 
resources and finally a keyword mapping using the Unified Astronomical 
Thesaurus (UAT).

The new version is available @ http://cdsweb.unistra.fr/registry/ and is 
ready to be harvested by Registries of Registries.

The historical version will continue to be maintained with old and new 
records (@ http://cdsweb.u-strasbg.fr/reg-bin/vizier/oai.pl) to let 
clients (ie: RofR) the time to update the records -

We ask RofR and any other clients to harvest the full CDS registries.
