Registry for May 2019 meeting draft schedule up

There is a very drafty schedule up for the Interop, including two registry sessions and a joint meeting on TAP and authenticated endpoints being organized by DAL. If you have volunteered (or been volunteered) for a talk please take a look and let myself or Pierre know if you have any conflicts that we need to move around!


Note the second session Thursday afternoon is likely to be quite short, I'm still waiting to hear if we're going to have anything on VOEvent(stream) registration. There is definitely time for more talks if you have more to contribute!
