RegTAP errata: case-insensitive examples

There is a small errata to RegTAP 1.0, which fixes one of the example queries. As given, the case-sensitive query to what is a case-insensitive field will fail against some valid implementations of the standard. This should also be fixed in the upcoming RegTAP 1.1, but noted here for completeness.
