where is record [ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAPRegExt] ?

I am trying to get hold of the [ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAPRegExt] record.

Assuming it is to be found in the RofR, the following incantation fails to discover it (I've checked the output, there's no pagination):

curl http://rofr.ivoa.net/cgi-bin/oai.pl?verb=ListIdentifiers\&metadataPrefix=ivo_vor\&set=ivo_managed | grep -i tapreg


The mail is sent to the list as the list itself is listed as the contact point for the IVOA RofR.
