VizieR resources update

   Dear all,

   I plan an upgrade of the VizieR publishing registry on Monday
April 27. Most of the resources will have their "updated" timestamp
reset to this date, meaning that harvesters will probably have
to ingest metadata for over 10000 resources.
   So don't be surprised if your harvesting takes longer that usual,
and raise your hand if there is a problem with the new resources.
   The entry point URL will remain the same.
