FYI: Registry Interfaces going to Exec

Hi RWGers,

FYI, at long last, the Registry Interfaces specification is now set for 
final approval by the exec, the last hurdle before Recommendation status.

A final PR version of the spec is pending on the document repository 
(http://www.ivoa.net/Documents/); in the meantime, both PDF and the source 
Word versions are available on the RegistryInterface twiki page 
(http://www.ivoa.net/cgi-bin/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/RegistryInterface)
