Hi Pierre I think I can begin to answer it for at least the Astrogrid side.
First I will say NVO registry is returning it because I put in the oai url:

BUT I notice two problems of why I suspect the Astrogrid registry would 
reject it (but would need to check logs to verify it and won't have time 
to do that till the end of the week).

1.) Your Resource uses the identifier with the authority id of: 
voparis.obspm.gepi
But I checked the RofR and this authority id is not managed by anyone 
hence I know NVO is acting like it own's it and is returning it in the 
OAI but it does not say it owns that authority id in its registration.  
I should note I do see a 'giraffe' in the managedAuthority

2.) I see now a 'obspm.fr'
Well there is a VOparis registry installed in Paris a very long time ago 
that is managing that authority id:
http://voparis-astrogrid.obspm.fr:8080/astrogrid-registry
So I suspect that is a conflict that needs to work out who manages this 
authority id.

I will try to check the logs at the end of the week to verify one of 
those is the cause of the problem but the two issues above do need to 
get worked out.
