Harvesting experiences

Currently the Astrogrid registries return deleted records for both the 
use of 'records updated since' and 'ALL'.  I thought for OAI that the 
ListRecords 'no date' is supposed to return everything.  I suspect your 
right though Tony to not return 'deleted' records on the ALL request, I 
don't see any harm and I guess that is what Matthew original request was 
about.
