VOStandard notes & VOSpace

Hey Paul,

I just responded to the VOSpace RFC which, as you know, refers to 
registering properties, views, and protocols.  Your latest version 
of VOStandard added the ability to register such definitions, so we 
should get this out as a released WD ASAP.

I have a couple of bits of feedback, first...

   o  Should we add support for specifying a "displayName" within the
      "BaseKey" type?  Or is it sufficient to let a VOSpace service message
      specify this on a per-call or per-service basis.

   o  Can we add the "key" element as a optional child of the "Standard"
      type (after "endorsedVersion").  This would allow such definitions to
      be included in the description of the VOSpace resource itself.
