Placed a new 0.8.5 document here:

Has all the recent changes made from comments and all of Ray's changes 
to the Harvesting section.  Plus WSDL now in the Appendix.
You will find a new zip file of wsdls and schemas (minus unused 
extension schemas); they are situated a little easier by placing 
everything in one directory instead of multiple directories.  Currently 
tested with axis 1.3 wsdl2Java and .Net wsdl.exe with success.
