I am seeing three topics as the main areas to be resolved. Are these the 
right questions?

When a registry owner chooses to harvest, from whom to they harvest and 
what?

-- Resolve:
When one of our customers is give an ivo:// identifier, what is their 
algorithm to resolve it to metadata?

-- Extend:
When a registry supports an extension schema, what do harvesters and 
customers see?
