Hi Matthew,
a lot of the data in the registry uses uppercase as a way of
differentiating quantities, and therefore, it's possible that users would
like to find "Mag" and not "mag" or "T" as opposed to "t" (Temperature
vs time). IMHO, registry searches should be case sensitive by default,
but support case insenstive searches upon request.
