OAI-based harvesting

Hi RWGers,

As part of the editing team for the IVOA Registry Interface document, I 
volunteered to investigate how we might incorporate OAI as a base standard 
for harvesting.  To that end, I've created a companion document to 
IVOARegistryInterface-v0.1 which is available via the same twiki page:

IVOARegistryHarvesting.pdf is written as a proposed replacement to section 
4 of the IVOARegistryInterface-v0.1.  I will be presenting this document 
in one of the IVOA RWG sessions during next week's interoperability 
meeting.  Your comments are appreciated.
