OAI validation

Hi Ray,

Can I confirm that the adil-v0.9.xml example file conforming to the latest
schema should be validated by the OAI Repository Explorer when returned in
ivo_vor metadata format, i.e. untouched? I am still getting validation
errors with adil-v0.9.xml:

Of course, if I turn off schema validation then everything is
