Drop SkyService?

Could we simplify the registry by dropping SkyService and, in querying the
registry for such resources, we simply look for any *Service* which has a
relationship of 'CanQuery' (or similar) to another resource of type
*DataCollection*?

I was looking at how we add tables, columns etc to the schema and it was
looking a bit daft to add them to both the DataCollection and to the
SkyService (as we have now wrt Coverage & Resolution).
