Registry query language

A basic SkyNode (perhaps the name is not so good) 
is just a webservice which has 
Metadata - returning Voresource
Formats  - listing formats which queries results may be requested
PerformQuery - returning a result in a specified format ..

SO it is a query interface which the registry needs ..
