The official place (at the moment) for the latest resource metadata 
schemas is http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/IVOARegWp03, under the 
section of "Specifications".

The version there is 0.8.1.  I will merge all the "pending" changes and 
post a version 0.8.2 tomorrow.

Consider schemas sent out on this list for discussion purposes only.
