I think we should start to flesh out what the IVOA Jan'04 Registry Interop
demo should look like. 

1. which projects are intending to take part?

2. to what extent:
 2a. Provide RM & schema compliant populated registry
 2b. Provide harvestable services
 2c. Harvest metadata from services
 2d. Harvest metadata from other registries
 2e. Allow querying of registry metadata
 2f. Call 'foreign' service from own services
 ...

3. what use cases are we going to demonstrate?

4. what standards do we need?
 4a. RM
 4b. Schema
 4c. Harvesting from services
 4d. Harvesting from registries
 4e. Registry query language & invocation
 4e. Service invocation

Anything else?
