This suggests some embedded structure ;-)  What do you see as the
purpose of the preceeding namespace.  Is it simply to avoid littering
a global namespace, or can you infer something more with cas.le.ac.uk?
Given that the ID is assigned by the registry, does this imply
something that the registry can do with the ID?
