[Radioig] Interop: ObsCore Extension session planning - INPUT REQUEST

Thanks Mark & Mathieu ,

Concerning the Time extension, I planned  a small update on the document 
and will deliver the information by May 23.

Concerning Radio extension, François and I have a last iteration to push 
on the doc in the git repo and discuss with Mark Kettenis.
