[BONNAREL FRANCOIS]

Dear all,
- We have had a couple of new subscriptions to the group since Interop. 
Welcome to them !
- There have been some contributions on the implementation note. For 
example an ASTRON and a MASER sub-sections have been added to the 
document. See https://github.com/ivoa/RadioVOImplementation
for that. A couple of new issues and PRs are also available
