[p3t] Meeting notes & meeting planning -- Please answer the doodle poll

Dear P3T folks,

Thanks for a good meeting this week.  Thanks to Brian who took the lead and I followed with meeting notes.  
The meeting page has been updated with the notes - feel free to tweak.

2 things outside of the meeting discussion have been posted in the notes:

1) Section “Looking ahead to the Nov Interop” with a *Draft* suggested line-up for the P3T Session.  We're scheduled 2-3:30pm on Friday, Nov 15

2) 2 suggested dates for our next meeting - next week (Oct 23 @20 UTC) or in 3 weeks (Wed, Nov 06 @20 UTC).
    The main topic will be Plenary planning and Discussion from our meeting this week.  
    Here’s a poll, please choose by COB Monday Oct 21 since one possibility is next week.
