[p3t] **DRAFT** P3T IVOA Closeout slides

Hi P3T Folks,

Please see the slides we have for the IVOA Closeout tomorrow.  The consensus of folks at the meeting is that we completed our Tiger team task and it’s time for the work to move to the Working groups.  The last action we have is an IVOA Note to document the work.  I gave us till the next Interop to complete it.  Happy for comments on the slides attached below.
