The timing of the presentations looks correct to me.

For the talk I'm listed as speaker for, I think "Standards layering" would
be a better title.  "Document refresh" I'm concerned is going to give
people the impression that our immediate goal is to go change all the
existing standards.  "Standards layering" is not all that snappy, so if
anyone has any better suggestions, let me know.

Stelios Voutsinas will be giving the presentation since he'll be attending
Malta in person.  I may be able to get on remotely, but the time zone
difference is sufficient that I'm not sure yet.

How about:

    Proposes a layering approach for writing new IVOA web standards or
    major revisions of existing standards that separates semantics from
    encoding more completely and attempts to align the layering of
    documents with the layering of reusable library APIs.

Again, not that great, and I welcome improvements.
