I will be on a short leave on 6/20-6/24 for family reasons.  If this is the only reasonable option -- and I recognize we have to start meeting again to stay on track -- I can probably make it (though not guaranteed), but it's a slippery slope for me to start agreeing to telecons on that day.

Hi P3T Folks,

Hope everyone had safe travel from the Interop and enjoyed any vacations you may have planned.  Ian and I returned this Monday from our extended stay and had a great time.

I’ve spent some time today organizing the P3T twiki and adding notes from our last meeting.  At that mtg after lunch on May 22 we outlined our next steps and that included a meeting the 3rd week of June to touch base.  We all realized we need to get on with our phase 1 plans in earnest if we are to make our Fall Interop deadline.

I’m going to take a chance and call it at the time we’ve been meeting previous to the Interop …

You’ll find meeting notes from our 2 day pre-Interop session and the May 22 white board planning session.

I think there has been good discussion on the mail list … the rounds of concerns by folks not directly involved is important and Russ has done really well  engaging in the discussions.  Thanks Russ!
Just a reminder that after this initial meeting we talked about an "open forum mtg" to invite server/client folks into a more direct discussion.  We’ll discuss that plan when we meet.

Please send agenda items you’d like to discuss that go beyond current status and next steps.
