I think where we left this was that we were going to get a GitHub
repository set up so that we can collaborate on that work.  Has that
happened, and if so, how do I get access to it?  (My GitHub username is
rra.)

I haven't made any forward progress on this yet, but should have time to
look at it before the meeting.
