[Media] Media group/CSP/Exec telecon planning ...

Dear Media Group, Bruno (CSP lead) and Exec -

It’s almost time to meet up in Victoria and hopefully you agree a good time for a pre-planning
session prior to the meeting.

I’d like to follow up on an action I took at the last Exec telecon on March 06 to coordinate a 
telecon with the Media group, Exec, and CSP lead to review the actions from the Jun 2017 meeting 
and make plans for Victoria.

Here are the open/working actions we’ve been tracking since that first meeting ~1 year ago:
  o Action 70-3: Media group – Take first steps to organize what needs to be done with regard to Web Pages – WORKING
  o Action 70-4: Media Group/CSP – Coordinate and report to the Exec with a proposal to address the IVOA Web Portal.
  o Action 69-2: Media Group/PF/MA/FG – Review/update IVOA Top Web page for content (exec member input) and addition of new media attributes (e.g., twitter, FB) by media group. 

** I hope you agree that touching base before Victoria is a good idea and that you will participate in the telecon !!
