[Media] IVOA Newsletter #18

Hi All,

Happy new year!

As for the newsletter, shall we also add the share buttons for Weibo and
WeChat, as we have already created an IVOAastro official account on both
channel? I have modified the html file as attached adding the two
buttons in line with the existing ones (twitter, facebook, google+ and
LinkedIn).

In the meantime, we are preparing a Chinese version of the newsletter
and will be published this week from our WeChat official account.

Also, there seems a small mistake in the last paragraph of the
newsletter, the heading should ****be "11-15 November 2018 - ADASS
*XXVIII*" instead of ADASS XXVII.

Regards,

Yihan
