[kdd] KD-IG session at the 2021 Fall InterOp

The program of our session at the 2021 Fall IVOA InterOp scheduled for:

We'll have three very interesting short talks and ~30 minutes for general
discussion.
During the discussion, I'd like to touch on the general direction that the
IG should
take, feedbacks on the talks and which topics the KDIG activities should
focus on
going forward.
