The IVOA Newsletter aims to bring the latest news about Virtual Observatory applications to the wider astronomy community. Contributions should be short (~100 words), accessible to non-specialists, and focused on scientific usefulness rather than VO-specific
jargon. Articles typically highlight new applications, features, tutorials, or outreach activities, and should include a small image and a URL for further information. </div>
