A mature Draft is attached below and available for your review.</div><div style="font-family: ArialMT;"><br></div><div style="font-family: ArialMT;">The HEIG Note describes several changes to the Obscore standard and the addition of an HE Obscore extension that will enable robust querying of High Energy data in the IVOA.</div><div style="font-family: ArialMT;"><br></div><div style="font-family: ArialMT;">HEIG team members have worked over the past year to define use cases, understand the commonalities and differences in high-energy data across projects, update and define Obscore keywords, and collaborate with the Semantics group on vocabularies and UCDs.
