    <p class="p1">DocRegExt is a VOResource extension for registering

      documents useful for teaching and learning the Virtual

      Observatory. It re-uses common VODataService (CatalogResource)

      metadata and adds the concept of an edition; for the VO this is

      somewhat new because we care about national languages and linking

      source code.<br>

    <p>The RFC period is Nov 15. 2025 – Jan 15, 2026. As usual, comments

      shall be provided by editing the above-mentioned RFC wiki page; it

      is also possible to use GitHub Issues (the GitHub repo is

      available at: <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://github.com/ivoa-std/DocStd">https://github.com/ivoa-std/DocStd</a> ).<br>

    <p>As it will end just after the Christmas and New Year period, do
