Here is a new version of the draft for UCD1+ extensions as requested by
the Planetary and Solar Physics data centers and users.
This draft evolved after several discussions in Banff at the interop
meeting and at Paris Observatory.
This draft is a revision of the former recommendation for UCD1+; Changes
are summarized in Appendix B .
I have highlighted the very last changes in yellow .
