Call for Contributions to Ops IG Session at IVOA Interop Nov 2025

Dear Operations Interest Group and IVOA,

The next IVOA Interoperability Meeting will take place in Görlitz 
(Germany), with remote participation available, from 13 to 16 November 
2025. More information can be found at:

The Operations Interest Group (Ops IG) is planning one session during 
the meeting and we warmly invite contributions focused on the following 
topics:

    - Site Reports: Share how your organization provides VO services.

    - Practical Issues & Experience: Challenges, questions or lessons 
learned related to operating services that implement VO standards.

    - Operations in the Cloud.

    - Operational aspects of authentication: Such as load management or 
tracking of problematic activity.

    - Communication and feedback between ops services and data 
providers: your experiences or proposals to improve it.

    - User agents: statistical data on the usage of various client 
agents for TAP and other VO protocols, along with your experience in 
collecting and analyzing this data and the infrastructure supporting it.

    - Validation: Your experience with providing or using software that 
verifies the correctness of VO services.


If you are interested in presenting, discussing, or proposing a topic, 
please contact both of us at the email addresses below.
When submitting, include a title and a brief abstract of your proposed 
contribution. If you are unsure about the suitability of a talk, or are 
a first time contributor, feel free to reach out.

Submission deadline is October 31, 2025; early submissions are 
encouraged to help us organize the session effectively.
