MANGO-1.0 RFC start.

Dear IVOA,

The Data Model Working Group is pleased to announce the opening of the
Request for Comments phase for the Proposed Recommendation "MANGO-1.0".
This model provides the framework necessary for describing source catalog
data with a lightweight and flexible template for representing and
associating its various properties.

The RFC period is from 2025-06-30 to 2025-08-02.
Please refer to the following link for relevant information on the model,
implementations, etc.

The twiki page remains the hub for organizing feedback and comments.
