Data Origin in VOtable

Dear IVOA followers and implementers,

A new version of the DataOrigin note is available.

"Data Origin" is a list of terms to include in VOTable. The aim is twofold;
it improves reproducibility by including metadata relating to the execution
of the query and enriches datasets with a lite provenance.


In this new version (1.1) , some terms have been modified
to have something more compatible with VOResource (registry).
The text and the plan have been revised too.
