VOTable 1.5: RFC period start

Dear IVOA members,



The Applications Working Group is pleased to announce that the VOTable 1.5
Proposed Recommendation is starting the Request for Comments from the IVOA
community.


VOTable is a standard for the interchange of data represented as a set of
tables, and includes both table metadata and the data itself. The main
purpose of VOTable 1.5 is to support refposition attribute analogous to
TIMESYS.
