IVOA twiki down on Friday Dec 2nd

Dear IVOA members,

tomorrow, Friday December the 2nd (UTC), the TWiki will be offline for
system upgrade. The instance will be stopped to prevent loss of information
before migration.

Once the procedure is over, an email will be sent to let you know the wiki
is up again. The full procedure should not take more than one day.
