RFC for EPN-TAP v2.0

Dear VO Community,

The Data Access Layer working group and the Solar System interest group invite you to review the Proposed Recommendation on EPN-TAP v2.0. The RFC period will run from 30 Sep 2021 to 14 Nov 2021.

EPN-TAP is a protocol used to describe and access data related to the study of the Solar System.
