RFC for MOC 2.0

Dear VO Community,

The Applications working group is pleased to announce that the MOC 2.0 Working Draft has been promoted to Proposed Recommendation and awaits your review.  

The Request For Comments (RFC) period begins now and runs through 17 December, 2021.  Please make all comments on the RFC page, where you will also find a pointer to the latest document version and a list of software implementing the protocol:
