Dear interop,
We're pleased to announce that the Request for Comments for the TCG and
community on the
Observation Locator Table Access Protocol (ObsLocTAP) will start next
Monday for 6 weeks.

ObsLocTAP allows the discovery of planned observations for
observatories, helping on the
planning of new observations, follow-up of targets of opportunity,
definition of coordinated
observations and it is considered an important element for the evolution
of Multi-Messenger
transient observations.

This protocol has been defined by the collaboration of the Data Model
and Data Access Layer
groups and the participation of a significant number of members from
astronomical observatories.
