MOC 2.0 WD announcement

Dear IVOA members,

We are pleased to announce the publication of the MOC2.0 Working Draft 
<https://www.ivoa.net/documents/MOC/20201112/WD-MOC-2.0-20201112.pdf> on 
the IVOA site (hosted in Apps WG). This document introduces the notion 
of time in Multi-Order-Coverage IVOA standard.  A presentation of this 
document will be made during the Apps1 session of Interop de Granada 
(virtual), Wednesday 22:00 UTC
