call for host of May 2021 IVOA Interop meeting

Once I already have submitted a proposal to hots spring interop (not autumn, as it is linked to ADASS as well). Please specify what is needed at this moment. I can give the proposed dates as May 10-14, 2021.

As you know, the next IVOA Interop meeting will be held in Sydney in 
May. The Northern Fall IVOA Interop will be held after the ADASS XXX in 
November in Granada, Spain.

After discussion at the last IVOA Exec telecon, I circulate the call for 
host of May 2021 Interop meeting. If your project, your team and your 
institute are interested in hosting the meeting, please let me know.
