IVOA mailing list search engine

Dear VO,

We are pleased to announce the first release of our IVOA mail search engine.

      http://saada.unistra.fr/esmail/index.html

This tools, based on Elastic Search, allows you to retrieve any former 
message on any list.

Main features are
- Multicriteria searches
- Attachement support (display + download)
- Permanent URLs on searched messages or threads
- User-friendly layout

One year ago, after I've presented the IVOAdoc search engine at Paris 
Interop (http://saada.unistra.fr/esdoc/interfacePDF.html?index=ivoa#), 
Markus suggested to me to extend this kind of facility to mailing lists. 
That has been completed thanks to a CDS funding and to be honest, with a 
little help from the lock down.

All developments have been achieved by Enzo Cisternino from the 
University of Nancy (France) in the frame of an internship under my 
(remote) supervision.

The tool will be polished within the next two week, so quick feedbacks 
or comments are welcome.
