Dear IVOA,

This is an invitation to submit contributions to the Applications session(s) at the upcoming IVOA Interoperability Meeting in Paris, May 12-17 (https://wiki.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/InterOpMay2019MeetingPage).

If you would like to present something or lead a discussion, please let me and Raffaele know as soon as possible so that it can be considered while the TCG makes the meeting schedule.

Talks are welcome on a variety of topics, especially:

* New implementations of applications/tools/libraries that use IVOA standards:
**  Demonstrations
**  Architecture
**  Providing or using open source code
**  Challenges faced

* Standards under the Applications domain:
**  VOTable 1.4 and beyond
**  MOC, HiPS, SAMP

* Python
** Implementations
** Open Development
