STC2 Model

[Arnold Rots]

I finished the Coordinate and Coordinate Measure
models and uploaded the XMI, Doc, and Diagrams
to https://volute.g-vo.org/svn/trunk/projects/dm/STC/
under the model and doc directories.
I will add Transform and Region later.

I realize that I have been declared irrelevant for STC2,
but I thought that it would be good to have a model
on record that reflects the domain scientist's view.
