Hackathon follow-up

Dear Ivoa,

The VO-DML hackathon has been rather successful.
We got many feedbacks on both models and their serialization and to keep 
the momentum, we suggest to gather it on a shared document.
The expected outcomes are
- Building a live-FAQ
- Getting the topics on which the DM-WG has to focus its work
- Making sure that ongoing models match the need of the ongoing surveys
